Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta or American Express cards and are securely processed through Actinic Payment Services powered by Credit Call.

Payment can also be made through PayPal if you have an account.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is charged on your order at standard charges for UK, European or Overseas destinations. 1st class delivery and 2nd class delivery are by standard Royal Mail packet post recorded delivery. This requires a signature at the delivery point.

Next day delivery can be applied for orders received before 12.00 (noon) where dispatch will be by way of Royal Mail guaranteed next day before 1.00 pm. This requires a signature at the delivery point. Next day orders received by us after 12.00 (noon) will still be sent guaranteed next day but will be dispatched the following day after receipt of the order. Next day delivery is only available for destinations inside the U.K.

The charge is calculated at the checkout and allows for postage and packing.
Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your goods to you on the same day as your order if this is received by us before 12.00 (noon). Please allow between 1 - 2 days for 1st class delivery and 3+ days for 2nd class delivery to UK destinations and 10 days for European destinations. International orders are generally received in under 14 days depending on the country and the postal system.

You must inform us within two working days (of receipt of the goods) if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges U.K tax is included in the price displayed. There is no additional charge except for the delivery which is calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us immediately by telephone or email and try to return it to us within 7 days preferably in the original wrapping and/or box. You will then be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
